Conditions of Use
● Ambient air temperature: -40°C~+70*C;
● Altitude: no more than 4000m;
● Pollution level: Class IV, the surrounding air can be polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive gases, steam or salt spray;
● The wind speed should not exceed 34m/s (equivalent to 700Pa on a cylindrical surface);
● Vibration or ground motion from outside the switchgear and control equipment is negligible;
● The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system does not exceed 1.10kV.
Structural Features
1. Circuit breaker body:
1.12kV column SF6 circuit breaker, rated current breaking current 630A-20KA, with electric spring operating mechanism, operating voltage DC24V. Insulation resistance to ground is greater than 1000MQ.
2. The material of the circuit breaker box is made of 3mm304 stainless steel, and the protection level is IP67; There is an obvious opening and closing position indicator located on the ground that is easy to observe on the ground, and the indicator is reliably connected with the operating mechanism to indicate the action reliably. Anti-rust grounding screws with a diameter of 12mm should be used, and the grounding point should be marked with grounding compliance. The surface of the housing is raised and does not retain water for a long time. The shell is equipped with a handling handle to avoid pulling out the wire sleeve, and the lifting ring is configured to keep the switchgear in the suspension horizontal, and there is no frictional contact between the lifting chain in any part, so as to avoid scratching the surface of the box during the hoisting process. The nameplate is made of 304 stainless steel, which can resist wind and rain, corrosion, and ensure that it is clearly visible during use, and the content of the nameplate meets the requirements of relevant national standards.
3. The circuit breaker is equipped with three-phase current transformer + zero sequence current transformer: current transformer conversion ratio: phase current 600/5, zero sequence current 20/1. Accuracy level: primary phase current: measurement accuracy is 0.5S level, protection 5P10; zero sequence-secondary side input current 1A ~ rated current, the error is less than or equal to 3%, when the primary current is 100A, the error is less than or equal to 10%. The accuracy level of the zero sequence current is 1. Phase current rated capacity: 10VA; Zero sequence: ≥ 0.5 VA, meet the supporting requirements (according to the cable length of 12 meters, with FTU and line loss module, to meet the requirements of line loss measurement and fault judgment).
4. The configuration and interface adopt a common box structure and a spring mechanism. The circuit breaker has 1 set of built-in current transformers, providing la, Ib. IC. 10 current signal; The circuit breaker has one built-in zero sequence voltage sensor. Aviation sockets, aviation plugs and cables should be fully sealed and waterproof structure, and the wire side should be sealed with insulating materials.
5. Outlet terminal requirements: 10kV primary and secondary fusion complete sets of column circuit breakers adopt the terminal outlet mode, and the size of the following figure requires the reserved switch inlet and outlet terminals.
