Overview
GW1-10 outdoor high-voltage disconnector is suitable for installation on the outdoor high-voltage distribution equipment line, for the line to cut off the line and convert the line when there is voltage and no load. This product is a three-phase appliance composed of three separate single disconnectors. Each single disconnector has the same components, such as base post insulators, front and rear static contacts, gate blades and arc angles.
GW1-12G outdoor high-voltage disconnector is a switch made of modified equipment according to the current national standards and standards for a series of problems existing in the original GW1 switch. The switch itself is equipped with a grounding switch, which can effectively prevent misoperation such as "hanging ground wire with electricity and closing with ground wire", and the operator does not have to hang another grounding wire. The product has excellent electrical and mechanical properties, and has met the requirements of the national standard GB1985 and its revision and the electrical standard IEC129 and IEC694, and is the current 10kV outdoor disconnector product.
The GW1-12LT outdoor high-voltage disconnector is a double-column vertical opening type, equipped with a manual operating mechanism of CS8-5D rainproof type, and an electric operating mechanism of CX-6 type. This product is a three-phase common chassis gate knife switch, which can be divided into a chassis, an insulator and a conductive part, the chassis is composed of a frame welded into a rotating shaft and a bending plate and angle steel, six porcelain insulators are fixed on the chassis, each two form one, the rotating shaft is equipped with a three-phase operating insulator, which is used to operate the three-phase gate knife opening and closing movement, and the conductive part is composed of contact, a gate knife and a contact seat, which is pressed with a spring. When the switch is opened, the rotating shaft is rotated by the operating arm, so that the operating insulator is pressed upwards against the gate knife to separate the gate knife and the contact, the gate knife rotates around the contact seat, and the contact also moves up to the opening position under the drive of the gate knife. When closing, the operating arm drives the rotating shaft to rotate, so that the operating insulator pulls the gate knife and rotates downward, and drives the contact to rotate after encountering the contact, and turns to the closing position together.
