ZN85-40.5 Indoor High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker

ZN85-40.5 series indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5kV power system, can be used by industrial and mining enterprises, power plants and substations as a load current, overload current, fault current. The circuit breaker and the operating mechanism adopt the upper and lower arrangement structure, which effectively reduces the depth of the circuit breaker.

Product Overview

ZN85-40.5 series indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5kV power system, can be used by industrial and mining enterprises, power plants and substations as a load current, overload current, fault current. The circuit breaker and the operating mechanism adopt the upper and lower arrangement structure, which effectively reduces the depth of the circuit breaker.

The three-phase interrupter and the connected charged body are isolated by three independent epoxy resin insulating cylinders to form a composite insulation structure, and the circuit breaker meets the requirements of air distance and creepage distance under normal operating conditions, and effectively reduces the volume of the circuit breaker. The vacuum interrupter of the main electrical circuit and the dynamic and static conductive connection are installed in the insulating cylinder, so that the phase spacing is only 300mm. The electrical connections of the main circuit are all fixed connections, which have high reliability. The insulating tube is installed above the circuit breaker frame.

The spring operating mechanism specially designed for this circuit breaker is installed in the circuit breaker frame, and its structural characteristics are more suitable for the upper and lower arrangement of the circuit breaker, and become an inseparable part of the overall word structure of the circuit breaker. The mechanism design is simple, and the output curve and its performance are more suitable for the characteristics and requirements of 40.5kV vacuum circuit breaker.

Normal Use Environment

Ambient air temperature: not more than 40°C; The average daily temperature does not exceed 35°C; The lower ambient air temperature is -15°C.

Relative humidity of air: the daily average value is not more than 95%, and the monthly average value is not more than 90%; The daily average value of water autoclavor is not more than 2.2kPa; The monthly average value is not more than 1.8kPa;

Altitude: no more than 1000m;

There is no visible contamination of the surroundings by dust, smoke, corrosive and flammable gases, vapours or salt spray;

Vibrations or ground movements from outside the switchgear and control equipment are negligible;

The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system does not exceed 1.6 kV.

Conditions of useThe installation site is more than 1000m above sea level, the ambient air temperature exceeds the limit specified under normal use conditions, or the high humidity is easy to produce condensation, please consult with us for customization.
