Overview
◆ All of them are treated with hot-dip galvanizing process for anti-corrosion, hot-dip galvanizing can not guarantee that the parts that require rotation are generally made of stainless steel, and the fasteners below M8 are made of stainless steel, and the rest are made of hot-dip galvanizing.
◆ Conductive part of the copper tube soft connection type, the middle contact is a "handshake" type self-operated contact finger, the spring external pressure type has no current through, the isolation switch only has a contact point in the middle, and the rest are fixed with soft connection.
◇The new contact structure is adopted, one end of the contact is fixed with the contact seat, and the contact pressure is generated by the deformation of the contact and the spring, so that the sliding contact at the end of the contact finger is changed to a fixed contact, so as to improve the conductive reliability;
◇The contact spring is changed to an external type to avoid spring shunt;
◇Add magnetic lock plate to improve dynamic and thermal stability.
◆ The rotating part is equipped with a self-lubricating sleeve, no need for grease.
◆ The main terminal block is a flat type. When the current level is 630A, the surface of the conductive parts is tinned; When the current level is 1250A-4000A, the surface of the conductive parts is silver-plated.
◆ The upper and lower caps of the porcelain pieces are hot-dip galvanized and rust-proof, and the porcelain pieces with different creeping distances can be selected according to the different pollution levels of the region; In the manufacturing process, it is controlled according to the positive deviation, and the creepage distance is designed to be higher than the standard value design.
◆ The strength density of the strut insulator for the switch is large, stable and reliable, the formula is made of high-strength porcelain, which reduces the dispersion of the product strength, increases the tensile strength of the product, and the structural design has a large strength reservation for the product, so that the product is stable and reliable in operation.
Introduction to the structure
◆ The 35kV complete set of isolation switch is composed of GW4-40.5(D)(W) type isolation switch body, CS11 or CS8-6D type human operation mechanism, transmission accessories, etc., and can also be equipped with CJ6 type and other electric mechanisms. The 110kV complete set of disconnector is composed of GW4-126(D)(W) disconnector body, CS14G manpower operating mechanism, transmission accessories, etc., and can also be equipped with CJ6 type and other electric mechanisms.
◆ The disconnector is a double-column horizontal opening disconnector. It is made into a single type, and when the three are used synchronously, they are connected with connecting rods. Each single stage is composed of a base, a pillar insulator, a wire outlet seat and a contact and other parts, and the two pillar insulating porcelain bottles are installed parallel to each other on the ground bearings at both ends of the base, and are perpendicular to the base. The main electrical part is installed above the two pillars of the insulated porcelain bottle, and rotates about 90° with the pillar insulated porcelain bottle.
◆ Each bearing seat of the isolation switch is equipped with a shaft assembly, and the two shaft assemblies are connected and transmitted by connecting plates and adjusting screws.
◆ The soft connection of the copper braid belt in the outlet seat is fastened on the conductive pole and the wiring board respectively, and the wiring board is used by the user to connect the line.
◆ The contact fingers of the middle contact part are assembled in pairs, and the self-operated contact fingers are adopted, and its form is the transfer type, so as to reduce the wear between the contact and the contact fingers when opening and closing, and improve the service life.
◆When the isolation switch is attached to the grounding switch, the fan plate and arc plate on the base of the interlocking base of the main electric circuit and the grounding switch ensure that when the main electric circuit is closed, the grounding switch cannot be closed, and when the grounding switch is closed, the main electric circuit cannot be closed. When CS8-6D is used, the interlocking of the disconnector and the grounding switch is realized by the interlocking board on the mechanism.
Features:
◆ The disconnector adopts a double-column center opening and contact turn-in structure, which has the ability to automatically clean the contacts and improve the contact reliability;
◆ The contact finger is made of high-strength, high-conductivity and high-elasticity materials. Relying on the elastic force of the contact finger itself to clamp the contact, the vicious circle of reducing the contact clamping force, increasing the contact resistance and aggravating the contact heat caused by spring rust and heat annealing is avoided.
◆ The rotating part of the isolation switch is designed according to the requirements of maintenance-free. The rotating seat is designed as a sealed structure, which can not enter water vapor, dust and harmful gases, so that the bearing, lithium molybdenum disulfide lithium grease work in a good environment, the bearing does not rust, the grease cannot be lost, and it does not dry up, so that the operating torque of the disconnector will not increase after long-term operation. Stainless steel shaft pins are matched with oil-free self-lubricating bearings; The steel parts are made of hot-dip galvanizing, and the disconnector operation is flexible, lightweight, reliable and rust-free.
