ZW32-12 type vacuum circuit breaker on the outer column is a complete set of columns for our company's response to the State Grid's primary and secondary fusion. The switch configuration meets the requirements of the State Grid for the first and second integration of the complete set of products, which is convenient for the unified procurement and mass production of the State Grid. The switch structure is compact, the layout is reasonable, the functions are complete, and all indicators meet the requirements of the primary and secondary integration of the State Grid; The protection CT, zero-sequence CT and zero-sequence voltage sensors with unified parameters have the characteristics of wide measurement range, high measurement accuracy and high reliability, and the analog quantity is complete to accurately determine various faults of the line.
ZW32-12 switch body is pillar type, using solid sealed vacuum interrupter, silicone rubber encapsulated (as insulation and buffer), small size, encapsulated in epoxy resin insulating cylinder, excellent anti-condensation performance, long working life, reliable performance. Its spring operating mechanism has been miniaturized and optimized for performance, and its action reliability is much higher than that of the traditional spring mechanism in China. Meets environmental protection requirements: no oil and SF6 gas, high anti-fouling level, beautiful, lightweight, easy to transport. External 1 set of EVT and ECT (three-phase voltage, current, zero sequence voltage and current, for measurement, metering, protection).
Environmental Conditions of Use
1. Ambient air temperature: -40°C~ +80°C;
2. Altitude: no more than 3000m;
3. The surrounding air can be polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive gas, steam or salt spray, pollution level: IV;
4. The wind speed does not exceed 34m/s (equivalent to 700Pa on the cylindrical surface);
5. Vibration or ground motion from outside the switchgear and control equipment is negligible;
6. The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system shall not exceed 1.10kV.
