DFWK-12 series outdoor ring main unit adopts XGN15-12 box-type fixed AC metal-enclosed switchgear, which has the advantages of modularity, scalability, full insulation, full sealing, safety and reliability, maintenance-free, etc., suitable for any harsh environment, and is widely used in industrial parks, residential areas, streets, airports, various buildings, bustling commercial centers and other places. 

DFWK-12 series outdoor ring main unit standard voltage level 12KV, 24KV, can expand the distribution network automation function, realize the intelligence of the ring main unit, and make the power grid stronger and smarter.


Conditions of Use

◆ Ambient temperature: upper limit temperature +50°C, lower limit temperature -40°C, upper daily average temperature not exceeding 35°C;

◆ Relative humidity: the daily average value does not exceed 95%, and the monthly average value does not exceed 90%;

◆ Wind speed: no more than 35m/s;

◆ Pollution level: Class III;

◆ Seismic intensity: 8 degrees;

◆ Ground inclination: no more than 3 degrees;

◆ Installation site: Installed in a place where there is no fire, explosion or violent vibration, good ventilation and no corrosive gas.


Special Conditions

◆ When the equipment is installed at an altitude of more than 1000 meters, special instructions are required so that the company can adjust the SF6 pressure at the time of manufacturing.

Features:

High security

The live part is enclosed in the SF6 gas box to achieve full sealing and full insulation;

It has a mechanical interlock that meets the requirements of five preventions to prevent the occurrence of misoperation;

The incoming and outgoing cables are fully insulated and fully sealed touchable connections, and the upper limit ensures personal safety;

The box is equipped with an air pressure monitoring device to realize real-time monitoring of air pressure during operation;

There is an explosion-proof pressure relief device under the rear of the gas box, which has passed the internal combustion arc test of the authoritative organization.

The stainless steel plate of the airbox part is sealed and welded by the robot with automatic TIG sealing, and the protection level reaches IP67, which can be installed in wet, dusty, salty, mine and any other places with dirty air without taking special precautions.

It can be equipped with electric operating devices and distribution automation terminal equipment to realize intelligent switchgear with the function of "four remotes" and meet the requirements of smart grid for this type of equipment.
