GVNF(R)-12 Indoor Vacuum Load Fuse Hand Truck is a vacuum switchgear developed according to a unique design concept and combined with market demand, which is widely used in indoor armored air-insulated switchgear. It conforms to the provisions of GB3804-2004 GB16926-1997 and other standards. Under normal use conditions, as long as the vacuum switch is within the technical parameters, it can be guaranteed to operate safely and reliably in the power grid of the corresponding voltage level.

● Place of use: no dripping, no flammable and explosive hazards, no chemical corrosive gases, no violent vibration;

Structural Description
GVNF(R)-12 indoor vacuum load fuse handcart adopts the form of a body arranged before and after the pole and the operating mechanism, which simplifies the transmission link, and the output characteristics of the mechanism are more in line with the load characteristics required by the vacuum switch, which reduces energy consumption and improves mechanical reliability.
The three-phase pole of the GVNF(R)-12 indoor vacuum load fuse handcart is partially sealed in epoxy resin by the automatic pressure gel process (APG), and the vacuum interrupter and terminal blocks are sealed in epoxy resin to form a "T" pole. The pole structure avoids the influence of dust and humidity on the insulation outside the vacuum interrupter room, and reduces the adjustment link of the vacuum switch and the pollution of the arc extinguishing chamber shell, and improves the reliability. The three-phase fuse is installed on the top of the "T" pole, and its structural design fully considers the electric field distribution of the vacuum switch in the central switch cabinet, which reduces the adverse effect of inductive components on the cabinet withstand voltage test and improves the dielectric strength of the cabinet complete set of products.
(When there is no replacement component for the high-voltage fuse on the construction site, the dielectric strength test can still be carried out on the complete product).

The operating mechanism of GVNF(R)-12 indoor vacuum load fuse handcart adopts modular design, that is, the operating mechanism is divided into closing module, opening module, box and spindle module and secondary line module, which is easy to standardize production, greatly shortens the delivery cycle, and is convenient for maintenance and repair.
