Overview
This product is single-phase use of three-phase line system, with simple structure, economy and easy to use.
This product is a single-break vertical open structure, and the single disconnector pillar insulator is installed on their respective chassis, which is mainly composed of a base, a pillar insulator, a leading electrical circuit part, and a self-locking device. The gate knife structure is used to open and close the gate to achieve cutting and closing the line. Each phase blade is composed of two conductive blades, and both sides of the blade are equipped with compression springs, and the height of the spring can be adjusted to obtain the contact pressure required for the switch blade. When the switch is opened and closed, the insulating hook rod is used to operate the mechanism part, and the gate knife has a self-locking device.
How it works
When the isolation switch is opened and closed, the insulating hook rod buckles the lock hook of the isolation switch, pulls the lock hook to the opening direction, drives the conductive plate connected with it to rotate after untying the self-locking device to realize the opening action, and drives the rotating shaft to rotate by the insulating hook rod against the isolation switch lock hook when closing, so that the conductive plate connected to it rotates to the closing position, and the self-locking device locks the isolation switch in the closing position at this time.
This type of disconnector can be installed on pillars, walls, ceilings, cross frames or metal frames, and can also be installed vertically or obliquely, but the installation position should be such that the tentacle is open downward.
