This product is a three-phase appliance composed of three separate single disconnectors. Each single disconnector has the same components, such as base post insulators, front and rear static contacts, gate blades and arc angles.

GW4-12 (17.5/40.5) series outdoor AC high-voltage disconnector suitable device in outdoor AC 50H2. The rated voltage is 17.5KV and 40.5KV respectively, and the line is used as an opening and closing circuit when there is voltage and no load. The products meet the requirements of GB1985 and other relevant standards.

Each phase blade is composed of two conductive blades, and both sides of the blade are equipped with compression springs, and the height of the spring can be adjusted to obtain the contact pressure required for the switch blade. When the switch is opened and closed, the insulating hook rod is used to operate the mechanism part, and the gate knife has a self-locking device.

(H) GW9-35 series outdoor single-voltage AC disconnector is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 35KV and below high-voltage transmission and distribution lines, used to cut off and close the single-phase or three-phase circuit with no load and voltage. Switches are available in 200, 400, 630 and 1000 A ratings. They are all composed of a base pillar insulator, a conductive part and a mechanism part. The gate knife structure is used to close the gate to cut off and close the line. Each phase blade is composed of two conductive plates, and the two sides of the blade are equipped with compression springs, and the contact pressure required by the switch blade can be obtained by adjusting the height of the spring. When the switch is opened and closed, the closing movement can be carried out with an insulated operating mechanism. The gate knife has a self-locking device.

The GW13 series neutral disconnector is used to divide the neutral point connection of the transformer under the condition of no load, and can provide an insulation distance that meets the safety requirements when the gate blade is in the normal opening position. The output shaft of the operating mechanism can be rotated horizontally for 180 degrees, and the positioning device on the operating mechanism can ensure that the contact and the static contact are in the correct position or breaking position.

HDCR disconnectors are available in single and double column mounting. The installation form can be divided into hanging installation or vertical installation. It can be installed with a single cross arm clamp or a double cross arm (see the product brochure for specific installation diagrams).

The DCR disconnector is an outdoor pole single-phase disconnector, which provides a visible break for maintenance personnel and can also be used as a breaking point. Its structure is a double-column disconnector, the insulator and bolt are locked on a hot-dip galvanized base, and the disconnector can be operated by pulling the ring. The limit level after the isolation knife is opened is 160 degrees by default (it can be changed to 90 degrees on the spot or removed to no limit on the spot). When installing the DCR disconnector, an optional mounting backplate can be clamped onto the cross arm to fix the switch.
