This product is mainly used in 35kV wind power system, which is assembled on the high-voltage side of the distribution transformer or the branch line of the distribution line, and is used for the overload and short-circuit protection of the transmission line and power transformer and the purpose of dividing and closing the rated load current. It is designed and developed for factors such as wind farms, trouble-free drops, and unstable operation. This product has the advantages of simple operation, convenient maintenance, and effective solution to the trouble-free fall of conventional fuse products in wind farms.

FDGW-40.5/200A windproof cut-out fuse is a 35kV drop-out fuse developed according to the wind farm, which can avoid accidents. In view of the factors such as fault-free drop, high-current operation and instability of wind farms, this outdoor high-voltage protection equipment combining disconnector and fuse is developed, and the function of disconnector is improved in the fuse body, and the protection function of fuse is retained.

The fuse is composed of a melt tube, a porcelain sleeve, a fastening flange, a rod-shaped post insulator and an end cap. The terminal caps and melt pipes at both ends are fixed in the porcelain sleeve by the method of press-fitting, and then the porcelain sleeve is fixed on the rod-shaped pillar insulator with fastening flange, and its structural description and external dimensions are shown in the left figure.
